The upcoming analyst meeting is dedicated to Online Purchase Experience in Paris, a report of the Luxury Good Series that measures how European luxury brands market online. 34 Global luxury brands, 3 E-tailers, 1 French Department Store are involved in the analysis, and their performances are compared with the past experiences our analysts had during our previous deep-dives in Milan, New York and China (available for download). The metrics focused on communication regards to ordering, purchasing, packaging, return procedure, and return communication.
Since 2016 the launch of a new report becomes the opportunity to meet and share some ideas with marketing directors and managers belonging to the Fashion&Luxury sector in the ‘analyst meeting’. The format of the analyst meeting includes a presentation by Marco Pozzi – Senior Advisor Contactlab – with comments by Massimo Fubini – CEO Contactlab. They show the latest insights of the reports with key data and information for the market in a meeting early in the morning (8.30 am). The Q&A session goes with a breakfast; the event ends at 10 am.
