Marco Pozzi has over thirty years of experience in strategic consultancy, having worked for McKinsey&Co and The Boston Consulting Group where he was CEO of the Italian branch. Following this, he founded Business Advisers and contributed first hand to the creation and globalization of numerous entities within the main industrial groups in Italy. Exceptionally ahead of his time, in the late 1990s he became one of the first to explore the potential of e-commerce and during his work at ContactLab he has continued to focus on the digital world, bringing a strategic consultancy approach to bear on digital, with particular regard to clients within the Fashion & Luxury sector. He was the creator of the Digital Frontier, Digital Competitive Map, Online Offer Dive and Pricing Landscape series of studies, which continue to bring digital to the forefront among shareholders, top management and sector analysts. He holds an honors degree in chemical engineering and an MBA from New York’s Columbia University.
